The Process

There is no fee and no obligation to candidates who use our service. We are happy to provide free services in order to attract the most valuable commodity we can provide our accounts: quality personnel.

Feel free to contact us just to gather information if you wish. You will never be pressured by anyone at Management Solutions Japan. If you do choose to use our services, here is how a candidate typically finds work with a Tokyo-based company:

1. Meet with a Management Solutions Japan consultant.
2. Find out what's available with your consultant's help, and make a plan.
3. Your consultant sets up an interview with a prosective employer.
4. Interview with the employer, and discuss with your consultant.
5. Interview with the same employer again, and often a third time.
6. Talk with your consultant and decide whether to accept, reject, or negotiate.
7. If the first match was not ideal for you, your consultant can provide other prospective employers for you to interview with, repeating the process.
