This proves most beneficial to companies that expect to need our services regularly. Contingency: we are always open to working on a contingency basis. This means you do not pay a single yen unless we place a candidate with you.

A client that starts with one option can always switch to the other at a later date. For contingency agreements, our fee is generally a percentage of the position's salary. Retainer agreement fees will vary depending on the size of the company, the expected frequency of services, and other factors.
